Hi, Uninstalling and then reinstalling the drivers for the device is a likely solution to a Code 10 error.

as long as this msg will repeat, the device will not be reachable.
Uninstalling and then reinstalling in Win 7 and Win8 didn’t work for me;
but the correct drive is available through wikogeek.com/ (and I needed to uncheck and check again the MTP)
