I tried to install the Android ADB Interface on my Windows 8 System in order to make a Bluetooth connection with my BLU Vivo 5 Mini Smartphone. However, the driver, on the computer, is not functioning properly. In Device Manager the device has a warning symbol attached and I get the message that “This device cannot start (Code 10)”, see below.
I followed the installation instructions at https://allusbdrivers.com/blu-vivo-5-mini-usb-driver/, as closely as allowed. How can I resolve this issue?
Thanks
Richard Thomas

Hi, Uninstalling and then reinstalling the drivers for the device is a likely solution to a Code 10 error.
