How i got this to work for my upulse.
1. Find the upulse in the ‘devices and printers’ page, and select it.
2. In the menu, there will be an option called ‘reinstall driver’
3. A window will pop up with auto reinstall drivers, or to do it manually.
4. Then, windows will give a few options to install ‘MTP ‘ drivers. Choose the most applicable.
5. My device was immediately recognised!
